Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with a focus on HR, onboarding, administration, and payroll to join our hospitality-focused leadership team at Atomic Golf. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions of our 100,000 square- foot golf entertainment venue in Las Vegas, with a strong emphasis on HR-related responsibilities. You will collaborate with various departments and be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of our facility. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a large internal workforce across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources and Employee Administration:
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, conducting
orientations, and maintaining employee records. - Coordinate and track employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and
time-off policies. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including performance evaluations
and goal setting. - Support employee development initiatives and training programs.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, conducting
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Collaborate with the accounting and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
of payroll. - Maintain payroll records and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,
and leave management. - Liaise with external payroll service providers and benefits vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with the accounting and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, phone
calls, and emails, and prioritizing requests. - Maintain and update documents, records, and databases.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, and coordinate repairs or
maintenance as needed. - Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, phone
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff, external partners, and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Foster effective communication among different departments and teams, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate and distribute internal communications, announcements, and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role, with a focus on HR and
- payroll responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with onboarding new employees, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual, speaking English, Spanish and/or Mandarin, a big plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- applications.

Overview
Atomic Golf is the newest cutting-edge entertainment destination in the heart of Las Vegas. We are a high-tech sports entertainment and event destination, located adjacent to the Strat. We are seeking Front of House Managers to lead our teams in creating unforgettable guest experiences. This operations role has responsibilities related to running the venue (opening/closing, managing shifts, etc.) but they make sure these never interfere with the Guest experience. Additionally, Front of the House Managers may be responsible for overseeing other specific business functions. This might include (but would not be not limited to) hiring, scheduling, team development and training, ordering and inventory management, facilities maintenance, and marketing.

This role will work diligently to support all departments, maintain our building, equipment, and grounds to the highest standards, interact with Guests and ensure the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by Facilities management
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Monitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems
- Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment
Key Qualifications
- 1+ years maintenance experience or a trade-related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws

Overview
Leading golf entertainment conglomerate, Flite Golf & Entertainment (in partnership with Golden Entertainment, Inc.) brings Atomic Golf, a 100,000 square-foot golf entertainment complex to The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod. Upon the target opening in Q4 2023 on the Las Vegas “Strip”, Atomic Golf will be a premier golf entertainment destination that hosts next-generation golf technology with an immersive experience through game play for guests. The project will host four stories with 103 separate hitting bays, four bars, meeting spaces and a 12,000 square-foot Astrocade. Atomic Golf is seeking a Sous Chef for the Flagship venue, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for daily execution in the Atomic Golf kitchens and the culinary team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in all aspects of the main, grill, and banquet kitchens (ie. ordering, scheduling, sanitation, maintenance, employee development, performance reviews).
- Responsible for proper preparation, excellence of product, profit and labor cost.
- Organize and help in the service of all activities concerning operations, employee meals and event spaces.
- Responsible for the quality and the variety of all food being served on the shift.
- To hire, train, supervise, and/or terminate employees when needed.
- To enhance the overall knowledge and engagement of the culinary team.
- Carry out the sanitation needs of the kitchen utilizing the standards set up by the Executive Chef.
- Implement all cleaning schedules and duties set up by the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
Physical and Mental Demands

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary science or relevant field.
